Email hello@clipapp.io. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Clip app version, what you tried, and what happened. Screenshots can help; remove private content first.

Please don’t email passwords, verification codes, payment details, or the contents of your saved library unless we specifically ask for them.

Set up the Clip keyboard

In iPhone Settings, go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Clip. When you’re typing, press and hold the globe key to switch to Clip. The app’s Settings → Keyboard screen includes a place to try it.

Allow Full Access is optional for inserting saved text and links. It is needed to copy saved photos and files or save your clipboard from the keyboard. Some secure fields and apps don’t allow third-party keyboards.

Photos and files

Tap an attachment in the Clip keyboard to copy it, then use Paste in the destination app. A keyboard cannot attach a file directly, and some apps or fields don’t accept a pasted image or file. You can also share an item from the main Clip app.

iCloud sync

Clip saves on your device first. Sync is optional and uses your private iCloud database. If items aren’t appearing on another device, confirm you’re signed into the same Apple Account and check Clip’s sync status in Settings. You can export your library from Settings → Export everything.

Subscription help

Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Clip. If you already purchased Clip Pro, open Clip → Settings → Clip Pro and use Restore Purchases. Apple handles billing and eligible refunds.

Privacy and data requests

Read our privacy policy, export your library in the app, or email hello@clipapp.io with a privacy question. Clip does not have a Senzu account; your saved content is local and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud database.
