Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Senzu Labs LLC and apply to your use of Clip.

Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Clip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Clip. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your license to use the App Store version of Clip. These Terms supplement that agreement; Apple's agreement controls if they conflict about the app license.
What Clip provides
Clip lets you save and reuse text, links, photos, files, and related information on your device. Some features require a Clip Pro subscription. Optional iCloud sync uses your private Apple CloudKit database and an Apple Account. Features, compatibility, and availability may change. Third-party apps and secure fields decide what their keyboards and paste controls allow; Clip cannot guarantee that every item can be inserted into every app.
Your content
You keep your rights to the items you save. Clip processes them on your device and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud database to provide the features you choose. Saving an item does not give us permission to publish or sell it. You are responsible for having the rights needed to save, copy, share, or use content, and for not using Clip to violate another person's rights or applicable law. Do not save or send content that is unlawful or harmful.
Subscriptions and purchases
Clip Pro is offered through Apple as an automatically renewing subscription. The purchase screen shows the current price, period, any eligible trial, and renewal terms before you confirm. Apple handles billing, cancellations, and eligible refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; deleting Clip does not cancel it. If access ends, your saved library remains available to export or delete, but paid features may stop working.
Privacy and your data
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional iCloud sync, purchase processing, and support information. You can export or delete items in Clip. Turning off sync does not by itself erase copies already stored in iCloud. Keep your own export or backup of important items.
Acceptable use and eligibility
Do not interfere with Clip, bypass its technical limits, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it unlawfully. Clip is not directed to children under 13. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms on your own, use Clip only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful sync or backup, or that content will paste into every destination. Senzu Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from Clip. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update Clip and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continuing to use Clip after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Delaware law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
